Most Complete Agent We’ve Ever Worked With

We’ve bought and sold a number of homes, but Karen stands out as the most complete agent we’ve ever worked with.    We met Karen at an open house. She showed us a few other houses we wanted to see, understood what we wanted, and didn’t waste her time or ours with information on houses which didn’t interest us.  We went to a builder’s open house, saw a house we liked, and asked Karen to represent us as our agent during the purchase process.  We then returned to our out of state home, and Karen monitored the builder while he made the corrections we had requested during the walk- thru inspection. She expertly represented us throughout the closing process, and was in contact with us whenever any issues came up.  Karen not only excels at the beginning of the sale, but throughout the entire process.    Our relationship with Karen continued even after the closing.  While we were out of state for the next two months, Karen and her husband hung temporary shades in our home for privacy and to help keep the air conditioning use to a minimum.  And that happened after Karen called and asked if we’d like her to do that.  Again, Karen went above and beyond for us.   Also while we were away, Karen visited our home numerous times to make sure that all systems were operating properly, and in so doing discovered a leak beneath the sink in the master bath and brought it to the attention of the builder’s representative.  Had she not discovered that leak, the damage would have been much worse. The builder has agreed to replace the vanity, thanks to Karen.  She also continued to monitor the builder as he made the corrections discovered during the walk-thru.   We could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Karen.    Thanks for everything, Karen.  You are the best!
