Home Evaluations are a key part in establishing the current market value of your home if you are considering listing your home for sale.   We also use this tool to help establish the value of a home you may be considering purchasing.  CMA stands for Comparative Market Analysis. A Comparative Market Analysis is a report we generate that compares the value of your home to other similar homes in your subdivision or area.

CMA’s are customized for your property, including important information such as age, location, bedrooms, baths, lot size, home square footage # of stories, garage size, fireplaces, pools: location, age, bedrooms, home Size, lot Size, one or two story, garage spaces, fireplaces, pools, additions, upgrades, and more.

A Comparative Market Analysis is composed of:

• Active Listings – similar homes listed in your neighborhood.
• Active Contingent Listings – homes currently under contract but still have a contingency attached to it, such as inspections.
• Pending Listings – homes currently under contract with no contingencies remaining that are expected to close
• Sold Listings – similar homes that have sold in your area.
